Retreat to the pool area of this beautiful, 4-bedroom home conveniently located between Legoland and Disney World in the sought-after Southern Dunes golf course! This gorgeous gated community with 24h security is the perfect place to unwind and take early morning strolls through the neighborhood. The space Last minute stays are welcome. Even if I’m already asleep you will get an automated message with checkin information. Get to know our house… 4 bedrooms each with their own TVs. A bright beach-themed bedroom is located on the main floor with a gorgeous pool view. It’s located right next to the downstairs bathroom. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and Lake Joe. It has a king size bed with an extra soft mattress and has its own large bathroom with a hot-tub. The next two rooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom. The beautiful Bluey room has original watercolor artwork and lots of toys in the closet. The stylish Lego room is filled with legos! The night stands double as Lego tables to help build new creations. Bigger duplo blocks are in the closet. If your kids get bored with legos there is a giant train table also in the closet. Enjoy the extra garage space which has been turned into a Star Wars themed game room with a pool table and a foosball table. The pool can be heated during the cooler months for an extra cost of $30 a day. Please request this ahead of time so it will be ready upon your arrival. There is a safety fence around the pool as well as alarms on the glass doors leading outside that you can turn on if you like to make sure your kids don’t go into the pool area without your knowledge. There is a Weber gas grill outside in the pool area for all your grilling needs :) The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful breakfast nook. Count on ultra fast, reliable internet throughout the house. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use. My cleaning company leaves a very limited amount of supplies like toilet paper and soap but the good news is that Walmart is just around the corner :) Tap water is disgusting to drink here in Florida so we installed a great reverse osmosis water purification system that provides delicious and safe drinking water at a faucet in the kitchen. No need to buy any water! LOADS of toys are in the house for kids! Lots of legos, Thomas the train table, a small bike, and much more! In the upstairs closet there are a lot of useful baby things to use free of charge during your stay such as pack and play crib, portable toddler cot bed, baby seats, stroller, baby tub etc. Rest assured there are no cameras anywhere on the property! It’s a gorgeous neighborhood to walk around while you enjoy the beautiful sights of the golf course. There is a playground and two tennis courts that overlook the lake, just a couple minutes walk from the house. The garage has tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, and golf clubs for your use. Everything you may need during your stay is only a minute’s drive away! There is a Walmart Supercenter within walking distance, located right by the entrance of Southern Dunes. Aldi and Winn-Dixie are also close by, as well as two pharmacies and our personal favorite, the Tractor Supply Store! Also, just minutes away, are endless places to eat out such as Sonny’s BBQ, Dora’s Pizza, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Zaxby’s Buffalo Wings, as well as many fast foods such as KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Dairy Queen, and China Garden. Guest access You have access to the entire house except for two locked owner closets. Other things to note Please no smoking inside the house or pool area. Thank you.
