Historic apartment, fireplace and panoramic terrace

- Apartment in an ancient building in the historic center of Bevagna, with a terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. -The apartment consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 large living room with fireplace. - Just a 5-minute walk from Porto Romano, the church of San Silvestro and the bus stop. - The apartment is also 10 minutes from Foligno, Spello and Montefalco, 15 minutes from Assisi and 30 minutes from Perugia (by car). - Comfortable, bright and tastefully furnished. The space -The bedrooms There are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and radiators, which have a double bed and an ultra-comfortable memory mattress. The first has a terrace connected to the kitchen, with a beautiful view of the countryside and large mirrors that give depth and brightness. The second overlooks the alleys of the historic center, and is furnished with fine wooden furniture. Both rooms have bedside tables next to the bed with lampshades and power outlets to recharge the phone, as well as huge wardrobes and drawers to hold clothes and suitcases, so as not to leave them on the floor or in the middle of the room. - The bathroom The bathroom has a window overlooking the countryside, and in addition to the toilet and sink, there is a bidet, a shower cabin, a washing machine, a radiator, a laundry basket, and a trash can. We also provide a hairdryer and beauty kits consisting of hand soaps, shampoo, body wash and hair caps. For each guest, a set of clean towels with towels of three different sizes will be provided. There are also household cleaning products. -The kitchen The kitchen is complete with: stove, oven, filter hood, coffee maker, cutting boards, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, herbal teas. There is also dishwashing detergent, sponge and rags. The kitchen is habitable, and is connected to the terrace by a French window. It also has a snack counter with stools that connects it with the living area. -The living room The living area is very large: in the center of the living room there is a wood-burning fireplace, to its left the sofa bed with a coffee table and a Smart TV with a curved screen that will allow you to watch Netflix and Prime video with your account or simply the satellite TV with all the channels. Next to the sofa, there is a lamp with RGB LED light that allows you to change the color of the light at will. Behind the sofa is the Wi-Fi router with 1Gb/s connection that allows you to surf at high speed throughout the house. To the right of the fireplace, we find an antique large wooden dining table, suitable for 8 people. Finally, there are antique wooden cabinets in the living room available to guests, and a window overlooking the historic center. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the entire stairwell, except for a few lockers in which some products used by the cleaning staff are kept. Other things to note -PARKING Parking in front of the property is reserved for residents. However, you can park for free in Via San Salvatore, about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. -Smoking Policy Smoking is only allowed if facing the balconies and windows, or on the terrace. Penalties will be imposed if this condition is breached. -Check-in and Check-out Self check-in and self check-out via a lockbox with a code that contains the keys, located to the right of the main entrance door of the building.
