The space This 6-bedroom, 5-bath estate can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. With multiple spaces to entertain both inside and outside, this is the perfect location for large families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation spot within walking distance to downtown Caseville. There is a king bed in the master bedroom that will sleep 2 people. A roll-away single in the master bedroom that will sleep 1 person. Four queen beds that will accommodate 2 people each. A trundle single bunk bed will accommodate a total of 3 people One sofa sleep will accommodate 2 people One sofa in the basement that will accommodate 1 person. Guest access As our guests, the entire house and yard is available for you during your stay. A coffee pot will be available for use during your stay, which takes regular coffee and pods. There will also be 4 dishwasher pods, 4 laundry pods, 2 garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom available during your stay. There will also be a grill, Blackstone, paddle board, kayak, and bikes for you to utilize during your stay. The boardwalk seen in aerial photos of this home is not a part of the property. Other things to note This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home contains all of the amenities required to have a comfortable stay. Home amenities: kayak, paddleboards, bikes, cornhole game. The home has Wi-Fi, Netflix and streaming capability. There are board games and cards to use during your stay. We will provide bedding, towels, plates, silverware, glasses, pots & Pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washer & dryer, hair dryer, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and tissue. Backup generator will provide electricity in the event of a power outage. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Check-out instructions: We ask that all towels be placed in the laundry room, separated from any other wet laundry. Time-permitting, if you are able to start a load of towels and the dishwasher before you leave, it would be appreciated. If you have more than the allowed amount of guests, we do have a an RV for rent. This can be kept on the property or one our local great campgrounds.
