Villa Natanebi - Heated pool all year!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly eco-villa. Villa Natanebi has been recently restored to its former glory. In the garden you can enjoy all the local fruits depending on season (tangerine, wallnuts, nuts, kiwi, apples, pears, grapes, lemons, guyava, peaches, figs, plums etc). You can also enjoy HEATED POOL all year. We are located 13 km from the famous magnetic sand beach, 48 km from Batumi and 87 km from Kutaisi AIRPORT. The space On the ground floor you will find a full size kitchen and a large living room where you can access two patios and the backyard. There is also a bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a second bathroom, a large hall with a piano which can also be used as a bedroom (no separate access though). From the hall you can access other 4 bedrooms. Guest access Guests will have the whole property to themselves. All the other bedrooms are on the second floor except for one which is located on the ground floor. Other things to note Breakfast and dinner is available on request and availability. Details can be agreed during your stay. Cost of heating the pool is 25 euros a day. A deposit of 400 euros is required is cash on arrival. It will be returned on checkout if there is no abnormal damage to the villa
