The cottage offers a tranquil setting while still being conveniently close to Karlshamn and the surrounding natural beauty. Nearby is Långasjöstrand where you can go swimming, fishing, hiking or enjoy other water activities. The space The cottage has all necessities for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with washer and dryer, Smart TV (streaming only), high speed internet and wifi and a sofabed downstairs. Upstairs is a separate cozy family room with an additional smart TV, 2 bedrooms, and a half bath. Linen and towels are included for the number of guests specified in reservation. Beds: 1 bed (160cm) in Bedroom 1 2 single beds in Bedroom 2 140 cm sofabed downstairs Guest access Full access to the entire cottage except for one storage cabinet and partial access to pantry inside the home . Free parking for 2 cars available. Please note the driveway is shared with a neighbor and should not be blocked. Designated parking spots will be provided. Other things to note -Due to the location by the water and steep staircase, this is not suitable for young children. -Please be careful climbing the loft staircase and mind your head as the opening is very low. -Charcoal BBQ grill and BBQ utensils available (guests provide own charcoal) -Fireplace available for use (guests provide own wood).
