This waterfront cottage is located by a small dam on the Mieån river that feeds down into what once was the Granefors Copper Mill further downstream. Nearby is Långasjöstrand where you can go swimming, fishing, hiking or enjoy other water activities. The space The quaint harbor town of Karlshamn is 6km away where you can visit museums, restaurants or catch one of the many ferries to explore the beautiful Blekinge archipelago. Salmon fishing in the famous Mörrum River is only 10 min away making this an ideal spot for a holiday fishing trip. Great location to enjoy many of the summer festivals including the Swedish Rock Festival near Sölvesborg, the Baltic Festival in Karlshamn and many more. The cottage has all necessities for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with washer and dryer, Smart TV (streaming only), high speed internet and wifi. Upstairs is a separate cozy family room with a sofa and an additional smart TV, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a half bath. Linen and towels are included for the number of guests specified in reservation. Guest access Full access to the entire cottage except for one storage cabinet and partial access to pantry inside the home . Free parking for 2 cars available. Please note the driveway is shared with a neighbor and should not be blocked. Designated parking spots will be provided. Other things to note -Due to the location by the water and steep staircase, this is not suitable for young children. -Please be careful climbing the loft staircase and mind your head as the opening is very low. -Charcoal BBQ grill and BBQ utensils available (guests provide own charcoal) -Fireplace available for use (guests provide own wood).
