Fern Room - 3 sleeper room

This room can sleep three adults. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sleeper couch in the seating area where you can relax and watch TV. The room has an ensuite with a shower and bath. There is a bar fridge, microwave, and kettle with basic crockery, cutlery, and glassware provided. The room is located on a shared balcony. Strictly no smoking allowed in any rooms or on the shared balconies. The space The Fern Room in Springside House Hillcrest sleeps 3 guests comfortably in an open-plan room. The room is situated on the upstairs balcony accessible by stairs. The room has a private bathroom with a shower and a bath. It is equipped with a Smart TV connected to Netflix and Wi-Fi. The room has a coffee station for your morning brew and a small bar fridge to store your takeaways. The Fern Room has a private entrance on a shared balcony (Next to the Pool Room) overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens. Each room is equipped with an alarm system which guests can make use of during their stay. There are 3 dogs that live on the property. Guests have full use of the garden, pool, playset and trampolines at their own risk. Springside House will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred on the property. Guest will have a remote to the main gate to allow themselves in and out and are responsible for ensuring it is closed at all times on entry and exit. Other things to note There are 3 dogs that live on the premises and we do not lock them up and they will interact with guests. Please only book this place if you are comfortable and confident around dogs.
