A short two block walk to the river access, and 4 blocks to the boat dock access and pavillion. As close as you can get to the Shell Cracker Plant. This is a space that feels like home and is easy to relax. The space Laundry on the main floor and Master king bed on the second floor, and two twin beds on the third floor. The apartment is quiet and private and easy access to the Shell plant. This high end apartment is a delight and surprise and just waiting for the right visitors to come and explore our town. Guest access Off street parking for two cars that stay at this facility. Plenty of on street parking also. Easy drive to the river access, rather than walk, if you choose. All 36 inch doors, no shared space, and private entrance. Other things to note This unit is really not suited for physically disabled, or small children under 12 just due to the steps and for no other reason. If you have no problem with using a set of steps this unit is fantastic.
