Located in the lovely neighbourhood of Invermay, this renovated delight provides the perfect place for families and friends to enjoy a relaxing getaway, whilst being able to enjoy all that Launceston has to offer. The home offers modernized features while keeping its original, homely charm. Such features include a large smart TV, 2 separate walk-in showers, a spacious bathtub, a backyard patio for entertaining and much more. The space As you walk into the home's entrance, you are instantly welcomed by a fresh and homely feel. The entrance flows into the spacious hallway, which leads through the center of the home. Branching off either side of the hallway, you will find three bedrooms, two of which contain one queen bed each and one containing two separate single beds, accommodating up to six guests per stay. Each bedroom is well-sized, containing free-standing storage, hanging space and bedside lighting. The hallway flows seamlessly into the home's living spaces, with the lounge room to the right and the dining and kitchen at the end of the hallway. The lounge room contains two three-seater couches, a large smart TV and a large carpeted area for the little ones to play. The dining area contains a modern six-seater dining table, a highchair and subtle decor for you to enjoy when having your meals with loved ones. The kitchen is generous in size and fully equipped, with special features including a dishwashing machine, a Nespresso pod machine and plenty of storage space for longer stays. There are two bathrooms found within this property. The main bathroom contains a large, dual-head, walk-in shower, with the main feature here being the generous marble-style bathtub, where you can spend plenty of time soaking after a day of exploring. The second bathroom is combined with the laundry, the bathroom also contains a sizeable, walk-in shower and an additional toilet. The laundry contains a sink, washing machine and dryer, usually required in the Tasmanian winters. If you prefer to entertain in the sunshine, the home offers an outdoor patio which can be accessed via the back door. The patio includes a large BBQ and seating for up to six people. In the backyard, there is a clothesline and plenty of parking space to accommodate several vehicles or one that is larger in size. Other notable features of this property include free, unlimited access to wireless internet, large windows, providing plenty of natural lighting into each room and ducted heating and cooling throughout. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, and can access this at any time via the front and back doors using the electronic locks and codes provided. Other things to note The driveway to access the back parking space is 3.5 meters wide. The property has 4x security cameras affixed to the exterior of the house only.
