Glory Guest Haus (Private Unit 3 mins from I-70)

Stay at Glory Guest Haus today! Our lower eco-friendly private unit has its own concrete sidewalk and patio area. Right off I-70 and Stadium Blvd, 12 mins from Mizzou and downtown, and 3 mins from Cosmo Park! Downstairs includes a full kitchen, living room with futons, bathroom with water efficient low pressure shower, 2 queen beds, and three TVs. We regularly host traveling professionals and include utilities, Wi-Fi, lawn care, etc. We also provide toiletry essentials to get started. The space Recently renovated basement private unit with private entrance and modern decor. Our eco-friendly unit has been updated with extra insulation for sound blocking, LED energy saving bulbs, some water saving appliances and bathroom fixtures. We recycle. Our earth contact unit utilizes ground source heat, but we also provide space heaters if more heat is required. There is currently not a separate thermostat in the unit, so feel free to message us if you want it cooler or warmer :) TVs have Netflix, Prime Video, and other free firestick apps such as ESPN sports. The TV in the living room has an antenna to receive local channels Guest access Guests use entire downstairs private unit, which includes five rooms: bathroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and a large living room. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed. We have severe allergies to smoke. There are also no parties or events. We live on site, and therefore we do not allow parties or any extra guests that are not already on the reservation. The fireplace is currently not in service. Please do not attempt to use it. For pets, Airbnb requires honesty in disclosing your pet on the reservation. We have cameras outside, so sneaking in a pet is not a good idea. You will be billed for the pet fee. We cannot accept long term bookings with cats due to allergies. If you are staying for a day or two with a cat, that is fine as long as you agree to our pet stipulations. Guests will be asked to sign a MTR lease agreeing to the terms on this listing.
