Private room, second floor of a semi-detached half-storey house, located in a village in the Geneva area. Large view of the garden and the mountain. Relaxation, with birdsong at breakfast. Swimming pool in the summer. 20 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by car from the center of Geneva and Lake Geneva. Bus stop within 100 meters. Free parking space available between 5 p.m. in the evening and 10 a.m. in the morning (please book). Public parking space for free in journey (max 4h) The space Large bedroom located on the 3rd half-floor, accessible by internal stairs of 3 times 7 steps. The private bathroom is half a floor below bedroom. The bedroom has a small desk, a dressing room and a double bed. Guest access Travelers have private access to bedroom. They have shared access to the bathroom/WC, living room, kitchen, dining romm and garden. During your stay The owner will be available on the morning (between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) within the limits of her skills. Outside these hours, she will be reachable to the extent of her availability or by phone and message. Other things to note Children are welcome from 10 YEARS OLD PROVIDED they KNOW HOW TO SWIM and remain under the SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT during the stay. The house is NOT SUITABLE to accommodate children UNDER 10 years : - The swimming pool does not have an anti-drowning safety system. - Access to the rooms via a stairwell on 3 half-floor, without a child safety barrier. - Products or objects (maintenance, pharmacy, tools) which could potentially be dangerous for young children are not under lock and key. Travelers have a free parking space on site between 5 p.m. in the evening and 10 a.m. in the morning (book before arrival). The rest of the day, they can park for free, for 4 hours maximum, along the path that leads to the house, provided there are free spaces. Paid public parking is also available 300 meters from the house. A football field and a school are located near the house
