The house is within walking distance of the beach and sea, and the park is right by the bustling fishing village of Breskens. The house is stylishly decorated, with a spacious living room providing a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities, so you can cook and enjoy your meals carefree. You have access to a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo and filter coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, among other things. With 3 bedrooms, the house is perfect for up to 7 people. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with double box spring (single mattresses and duvets), with adjoining bathroom. The other two bedrooms - one bedroom with double bed (single mattresses and duvets) and one bedroom with two single beds and a cot - can be found on the first floor. Here you will also find a 2nd bathroom with bathtub and second toilet. From the sunroom, you step through the garden doors onto the terrace and into the spacious enclosed garden, where you can enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air. In the storage room at the front of the house you will find the washing machine and dryer for your holiday laundry. Guest access The entire house is accessible. Other things to note Towels and bed sheets are not included. You are free to bring your own or rent them. Price bed linen package € 12,00 per person (bottom-fitted sheet, pillow and duvet cover) Price towel package € 6,00 per person (normal and large bath towel). The cost for a dog 30 euros (per dog) per stay. We ask for a deposit of €150.00 approximately 14 days before arrival.
