Buhangin Home (3BR Cozy Villa for 6pax)

Welcome to the Sandy Home, our extra cozy nook in Baler, Aurora. It is a private home in our Sandy | Buhangin compound. Sandy Home has three bedrooms and comfortably fits six (6) persons. We have a cozy living-dining space, a fully furnished kitchen and stylish bathroom. We come with extra perks - great water pressure, solar-power and strong wifi. The space Sandy Home has three bedrooms that comfortably fit six (6) pax. Bedroom 1 is airconditioned and fits three (3) pax. This room comes with black out curtains and cold AC (making it nice to sleep in), a queen bed and pull out, fans, desk space and closet. Bedroom 2 is also airconditioned and fits two (2) pax. Like B1 and the rest of the house, it has black out curtains and extra cozy queen bed. The room has its own desk space, closet and fan. Bedroom 3 is the solo fan room and only fits one (1) pax on its single bed. There is only one bathroom in the Sandy Home - but it's a bathroom done well. It's stylish and has really, really great water pressure. The living space is extra cozy - with couch built for napping, a lot of lounge chairs and sitting spaces, and a lot of desk spaces (for those who are WFH). It is by far, the favorite space of everyone who has come by. Our kitchen is fairly complete - hot water kettle, stoves, toaster, refrigerator (with freezer) and cooking implements. It may be new, but our kitchen has a lot of warm stories to tell and great dishes to recount. There's ample parking, self-check in boxes, outside shower (for post-beach rinsing), and for the surfers - we got a board rack for you. Guest access The Sandy Buhangin Compound has two areas - the Sandy Home and the Buhangin Bungalow. If you book the Sandy Home, the house will be your private space - but the parking, walkway, outside shower and board racks will be shared spaces. In case the Buhangin Bungalow has guests, they are to respect your privacy. But, kindly respect their privacy as well. Other things to note We try to live more mindfully - for the environment. Please be mindful with your electricity consumption and kindly help us segregate trash. Waste bins are located near the water pump. Our solar system is a big help in cutting our carbon foot-print. And has been a job-saver during long-brownouts. But certain equipment (like water heaters and aircons) can't be powered during brown-outs. Please follow the brownout rules to make sure there is electricity to go around. Please segregate your trash and throw them in the covered bins. Segregated wastes are recycled and upcycled. Plastics are brought to the MRF (that then shred the plastic and turn them into blocks - cool noh?), while food waste and papers will be composted.
