The space Please read in entirety, especially our booking policies! Our home is in a quiet, family neighborhood in Larkspur and close to all that Marin has to offer. We hope you will enjoy and care for it as much as we do! We make our home available for stays when we are away, and sometimes our dates/timeframe will change so please inquire if your desired dates are not showing as available on our calendar. BOOKING POLICIES This is our beloved primary residence, and we ask that you take care of it, and leave it as you found it. WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING REQUEST IF YOU HAVE A DETAILED BIO IN YOUR PROFILE AND STRONG 5-STAR AIRBNB REVIEWS! No groups, parties or gatherings. No pets. No noise/music after 10pm, to respect our wonderful neighbors. No child-safety features, so we're not set up for children under 6. (Please reach out if you want to inquire about special circumstances) THE SPACE: OUTSIDE: The spacious back yard features a deck, lawn, fruit trees, patio, fire pit, gas grill, tree swing, outdoor dining, string lights, fountain, and a teak bench with Mt Tam views. INSIDE: Kitchen/Dining/Living Area: open floor plan with oak hardwood floors throughout, and two sets of large French doors leading to the deck. Fully-equipped kitchen and dining room table, pub table, and kitchen island for dining. Make your AM espresso or drip coffee here, or stroll ½ mile to the original Rustic Bakery for great coffee (Equator) and organic baked goods. Pick up groceries, delicious pre-prepared foods, and wine at Woodlands gourmet market, one mile away. Living Room: furnished with an RH couch and chairs, a 65” OLED 4K TV and Sonos surround system, and a baby grand piano in serious need of tuning. There’s access to Netflix, Apple TV, and a region-free Blu-ray player (w/stash of primarily British and Danish DVDs). Sonos is also set up in the kitchen and dining room, home office, master bedroom, and deck. Master Bedroom: Restoration Hardware furniture, luxurious queen organic mattress, Parachute bed sheets. Large sliding French doors open onto the deck. Master Bathroom: heated stone floor, walk-in shower with rainhead and handheld shower head, toilet with bidet, and heated towel rack with premium towels. 2nd Bedroom: queen bed with Pottery Barn organic sheets and duvet, and a sit/stand desk and chair for use as office. 3rd Bedroom/Gym: full-sized bed with Pottery Barn organic sheets and duvet, cushioned gym floor mat, new Peloton bike+ (with SPD pedals + flat side for use with regular gym shoes), TRX, kettlebells and dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mat/blankets/blocks. You’ll have no excuse not to work out. ;) Hall Bath: double sink, and extra-deep enameled cast iron tub with shower. Home Office: charming space with sit/stand desk, wing chair and reading light. B Guest access Off-street parking in the driveway for two cars. Parking also available on the street in front of the house. No access to garage. Other things to note Self-checkin via lockbox.
