The Balcony Garden Suite is a room in a historic guest house in Blackheath. Guests will have access to the half-acre of formal grounds as well as shared kitchenette and lobby. The room is located within the Blackheath village. Featuring a king-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet and reverse cycle air conditioning. As well as a private table and chairs located just outside the room on the shared balcony The space Guests have access to a private suite with private entry and private bathroom. On-site car parking is available at no extra cost. The rooms draw on an eclectic mix on new and old to make your stay unforgettable and unique in the Blue Mountains. The room features a tea/coffee, sugar, cutlery, crockery, glasses, toaster and kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea pot, and milk jug which guests can fill with their desired milk from the lobby. All rooms feature reverse cycle air conditioning with individual controls, as well as hydronic radiators and electric radiators for the colder months. Luxury towels and linen are provided. The property is connected to the NBN with all rooms equipped with fast WiFi as well as smart TVs that have Netflix, Stan, foxtel go which guests can login to if they have an account, and capable of accessing all other streaming services through the guests private accounts as well as casting from the guests mobile devices directly to the tv. Guests have full use of the formal lawns, gardens and grounds. As well as the Lobby and shared kitchenette with basic cooking facilities, coffee machine, ice machine, fridge and dishwasher. Cleaners can be arranged to service rooms for longer stays and on request. The property is located only a few minutes walk to the heart of the Blackheath village with a great variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. I am only too happy to provide you with suggestions on where to eat in the local area. Guest access Guests have access to the lobby which features three microwaves, bar fridge with full cream and low fat milk, a coffee machine with coffee and hot chocolate capsules and a milk frother/warmer. As well as access to the grounds and off-street parking. Cleaners come daily and are available to service your room on request and will also replace dirty crockery, cutlery and bins if left outside your room between 11am - 2pm. Other things to note The house is set back on the property however we are located on the Great Western Highway which is 60kms per hour and single lane at the front of the property. The property is also a short walk to the historic Blackheath Train Station which allows of easy access to Sydney or west to Bathurst. You may hear very occasional low level of noise from this line. (This room is at the front of the property facing the highway) Please note that these are hotel rooms in a historic boutique hotel and do not have access to a kitchen. There are microwaves located in the lobby and bar fridge, toaster and kettle located in the rooms. Registration Details Exempt
