Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey This luxurious condo is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. This spacious unit sleeps six, features two full bathrooms, dedicated beach access, and an amazing resort-style pool. Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico, on Scenic Hwy 98, Beach Resort is ideally located. It’s an easy walk to private beach access, where a complimentary beach set-up (two beach chairs and an umbrella) is included with your stay (March 1 – October 31). Fantastic resort-style pool area with zero entry, waterfall, hot tub, and an expansive pool deck for lounging in the sun or shade. Come and enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal-clear waters of Miramar Beach. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. No pets allowed Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.
