Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains. The space Enjoy the picturesque nature from your own covered terrace: you can do this in our base quarters. The apartment on the first floor invites you to switch off and recharge on 37 m². The beautiful bay window with the wooden table is just the place to start the day with breakfast. The bench was taken from the former inn and elaborately refurbished. Enjoy the great view of the Schlafende Hexe mountain range. The beamed wooden ceiling and the large bathroom with walk-in shower offer you pleasant living comfort. And in the 1.80 meter wide bed you can dream wonderfully of the next mountain tour. From the apartment you have direct access to our garden with deck chairs. In order to relax completely and fully enjoy the time out, we have dispensed with TV throughout the house. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. For all guests of our house, we have another special highlight in the adjacent annex: With our handmade forest sauna, we have created a very special place of power that combines both. Built from local, moonlit firs, with a floor-to-ceiling window front, the sauna is located halfway up the tree, so you feel like you are part of the forest when you are in the sauna. Undisturbed, because it is not visible from the outside, you can slow down here and watch the colorful autumn leaves, the dancing raindrops or the thick snowflakes fall on cold days. In the evening, we ensure that you can observe the forest even in the dark with subdued sauna light and outdoor spotlights. After the sauna, our relaxation loungers in the two-sided glazed relaxation room offer the ideal place to relax. If you want to experience nature with all your senses, you can get to the wooden terrace through the spacious glass sliding door: Here you can smell and hear the forest and cool off under the starry sky or rub yourself with snow after the sauna. Guest access For all guests, there is the large Stubn on the first floor with another large kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge and sink. At the large dining table with corner bench everyone will find a nice seat. The open lounge has some armchairs and sofas in the back area with a bookshelf and fireplace, where you can sit together comfortably and review the vacation days. In addition, we offer our guests a beautiful guest terrace with a view directly to the steep rock walls. Here, a grill, seating, umbrellas and sun loungers are also available to relax in the garden.
