You'll love making this intimate studio your home while you stay with us. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. to prepare all your meals. We even suggest preparing a picnic and walking 2 blocks to James Madison Park and watching the sun set over Lake Mendota. This building is safe and secure. Located on the near Eastside of downtown Madison; walk in any direction and you will find shops, stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, lakes, parks, etc. The space In your unit you'll find full kitchen, large bathroom, bedroom alcove, and open living room with high-speed wifi. Lounge comfortably in your living room while you enjoy the breeze off the lakes through your floor to ceiling windows. Guest access Parking is available on local streets around the building. If you do not have a car, you can easily get around on foot, bike wheels or city bus systems. Other things to note This is a secure building. Only shared space with other guests include hallways, stairwells and laundry room in lower level. Myself or my cost-host is available 24/7 for anything you may need. We also live in close proximity incase we need to address anything in person.
