The space Villa 1848 by Vindihouses is a bourgeois house built in 1848 and fully renovated, located in Épinac (Saône-et-Loire), in the heart of Burgundy, between the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and Morvan. Designed for get-togethers, it features large living spaces and accommodates up to 15 people in an enclosed and wooded garden of 5,000 m² with no overlooking neighbors. Right next door, the Moulin des Ducs can accommodate 15 to 21 people: by booking both houses, you can gather up to 36 people at the Domaine des Ducs. LOCATION AND ACCESS By car: Autun 15 min, Le Creusot 30 min, Beaune 30 min, Chalon-sur-Saône 40 min, Dijon 1h, Mâcon 1h 15 min, Lyon 2h, Geneva 2h 30 min, Paris 3h. By train: Le Creusot-Montceau-Montchanin TGV station is about 40 minutes away (Paris-Gare de Lyon in 1 hour 20 minutes, Lyon in 40 minutes); Autun TER stations (15 minutes), Beaune and Chagny (30 minutes). To discover: the Hospices de Beaune and Burgundy's grand crus, Autun and its Roman heritage, and the lakes and forests of the Morvan. Other things to note Electric vehicles: To charge your vehicles, there are charging stations available in Épinac (in the La Poste parking lot, 3 km from the cottage), in Autun (at the lake, at the train station, at Intermarché), and in Nolay (La Poste). However, if you charge your vehicle at the cottage, you will be asked for an extra fee, and a heavy-duty outlet is available. There is a parking area at the back of the courtyard (on the side of the green gate) where you can park your vehicles. Outside this area, it is forbidden to drive your vehicles.
