From soft sheets to fluffy bath towels, handy device chargers and even a blender for whipping up frozen drinks, we have prepared a cozy getaway from the mainland. - Primary bedroom with Queen bed and a set of built-in bunks in the living room. - Newly remodeled bathrooms stocked with clean, soft towels and there is a full-size stackable washer/dryer at the condo. We do NOT supply beach/pool towels or shampoo/conditioner/body soap so please be sure to pack those items. - Kitchen is well-equipped w/ coffee maker, hand mixer and, of course, a blender. ('Cause there is no better place to whip up a batch of pina coladas!). Pots, pans, dishes, etc. are also in kitchen. - We supply a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and laundry pods. - This unit comes with ONE off-street parking pass. Multiple additional paid parking options are nearby. Vehicles parked at the condo without a parking pass are subject to being towed by the HOA at the Guest's expense. - Fast Wifi - No keys needed to access the condo; door has key code. Violation of any of our House Rules, including guests over our 4-person maximum, undisclosed animals, smoking or parties can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. By booking this property, you agree to these terms. Guest access The entire condo is yours. There is a key in the unit that accesses the pool (open seasonally), outdoor shower and grilling area that are shared with the rest of the condo complex. There is only one parking spot per unit; additional paid public parking is available nearby. Other things to note NO non-registered guests, visitors or pets. NO SMOKING!!! We try to keep our stays simple: from check in to check out. You will receive a keyless entry code the day of your arrival. All we ask of our guests on departure is to leave used bath linens in the tubs, run the dishwasher, and dispose of any trash on your way out.
