The bedrooms and bathrooms are completely renovated in 2023. We tried to maintain old charm but also the 1970s revolution where it was possible. The space The room in which you will be pivoting has a capacity of 3 people with a double bed and a single bed, with a private bathroom inside the room, access to free WiFi. Guest access The property is located on 3 levels. Entrance floor. On the first floor there is the kitchen and common area where breakfast will be served, and in addition there is always a coffee machine and kettle to make you have moments of relaxation and conviviality when you most like. Car parking is available for free a few meters from the property in a public place. For motorcyclists, motorcycles can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the property. During your stay We check out from 3pm to 7pm, check out until 11am. Other things to note Two rooms are located inside the property, for this reason it is possible that other guests may be present during your stay. The common breakfast area is shared with both rooms. Breakfast is served in self mode. We will prepare everything for you the night before, so you can be available from when you wake up until 10:30. In this B&B we have adopted measures to be more eco-friendly. The lights in the stairs and downstairs cabinets of the kitchen are equipped with presence sensors to be turned on only when people pass through. In the bathrooms in the showers, we decided to use foam and shampoo with dispatchers to reduce the impact of disposable and plastic. For the temperature of the premises, we comply with what is reported in the directive DIN EN 15251, which explains the temperatures to keep in the rooms. The temperature in winter of not more than 20°C while in summer not less than 26°C. The air conditioners to avoid unnecessary waste are turned off independently when the windows are opened and even in the absence of people in the rooms. We also do not clean or change daily linens.
