This was the house of my great-grandparents, then it became my grandparents' and then it passed to my father and me. We decided to open this facility to give it new life. The rooms and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2023. We tried to maintain the old-fashioned charm but also the revolution of the 70s where it was possible. The space The room in which you will stay has a capacity of 3 people with a double bed and a single bed, with a private bathroom inside the room and access to free WIFI. Guest access The property is located on 3 floors. Entrance floor. On the first floor there is the kitchen and common area where breakfast will be served, and in addition there is always the coffee machine and kettle to make you have moments of relaxation and conviviality when you like. Parking for cars is available free of charge a few meters from the property in a public place. For motorcyclists, motorcycles can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the property. During your stay We check in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and check out until 11:00 a.m. Other things to note There are two rooms inside the property, so it is possible that other guests will be present during your stay. The common breakfast area is shared with both rooms. Breakfast is served in self-service mode. We will prepare everything for you the night before, so that it is available from when you wake up until 10:30 a.m. In this B&B we have taken steps to be more eco-friendly. The lights in the stairs and under the kitchen cabinets are equipped with presence sensors to be switched on only when people pass. In the bathrooms in the showers, we decided to use shower gel and shampoo with a dispenser in order to reduce the impact of disposable items and plastic. For the temperature of the rooms, we adhere to the provisions of the DIN EN 15251 directive, which specifies the temperatures to be kept in the rooms. The temperature in winter is not higher than 20°C while in summer it is not lower than 26°C. To avoid unnecessary waste, the air conditioners switch off automatically when the windows are opened and even when there are no people in the rooms. We also do not perform cleaning or change linen daily. The room will be cleaned entirely after the third night. (For special requests, we are always available).
