Spacious, comfortable and elegantly furnished, the Villa has 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, for a total of 22 sleeps. The rooms are all located on the second & third floor of the house from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. On the ground floor, 2 living rooms & a large dining room. The 7 rooms on the first floor have air conditioning. The 4 bedrooms on the third floor do not have AC. The space Spacious, comfortable, and elegantly furnished, the villa has nine bedrooms with private bathrooms and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms, for a total of 22 beds. There are also two sofa beds in the suite's living room. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floor of the house, offering breathtaking views. On the ground floor, there are 2 large living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen equipped with every comfort and three dining tables. All entrances overlook the ancient gardens surrounding the house, where you can relax in the shade of old magnolia trees, as well as a romantic sitting room in the Blue Pavilion, once used as a lemon house. In particular, one of the entrances to the house overlooks the splendid panoramic terrace, an ideal place for lunches and dinners, with a view of the Lucca valley. The rooms on the first floor have air conditioning. The ones on the second floor don't have it but are still very cool thanks to the ancient, thick walls of the building. The villa's private swimming pool is located in a particularly panoramic and sheltered area of the garden and is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and chairs. Our guests can enjoy a “home delivery” restaurant service, with a typical Lucca menu based on local products, upon request. For the common use of the guests is the tennis court, shared with other guests of the other 3 villas. Other things to note We kindly ask guests to let us know their expected arrival time in advance. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. A late check-in can be arranged upon request, until 11:00 PM, for an extra fee of €100. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The tennis court is shared with other villas on the property.
