The space This corner one-bedroom apartment (32.90 m²) is located on the second floor and provides a bright and pleasant space, ideal for couples or families with young children. The bedroom includes a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with one side against the wall, while the living area offers a double sofa bed for additional guests. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to easily prepare their own meals during their stay, while the balcony with full sea view provides a perfect spot to enjoy coffee or meals. Capacity: Up to 4 adults - We recommend for up to 3 guests. Guest access For self check-in, please make sure to provide a valid email address when booking your unit. According to Greek law, all guests must complete the online pre check-in form before arrival. We will send you a secure link by email. Please note that the apartment entrance code will only be activated after the pre check-in form has been completed. The code will be sent to you by email on the day of arrival until 15:00 PM. Please follow your email. The amount for the Climate Resilience Tax must be prepaid online before arrival ( Its deposit). We will send you a payment link by email. The amount tax is charged per room, per night. In case of cancellation the amount is refundable and it is : €0.50 from 01/11 to 31/03 and €2.00 from 01/04 to 31/10 .The receipt will be issued upon departure.
