Amenities include a private beach, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, kayaks, SUP, pedal boats, classic arcade games, pool table, TV, washer/dryer, WI-FI with great reception, A/C, & desk space. No pets/smoking. Perfect for people of all ages! The space Spacious beachfront property with fabulous family-friendly amenities, various outdoor sports and adventure year round. 5 upstairs bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, one with full ensuite) that sleep 16 total, with a maximum of 12 adults. Each of the two "double up/double down" bunk beds sleeps 4 children or two adults on the bottom bunk and one on top, safely. Fully furnished open plan main floor with kitchen, dining room, living room with wood burning fireplace and patio doors that lead to the beach. Walkout basement boasts additional sleeping options with two fold-down futon sofas that together accommodate an additional 2 additional people. Enjoy the games room, sauna, TV seating area & the convenience of a powder room. The walkout leads to the hot tub. Yes, the water is potable! You'll enjoy filtered water from every tap!
