The space This modern three-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential and very scenic neighborhood of Collina d'Oro, in a newly built building. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large open space living room, consisting of a TV corner, with a sofa, which becomes a double bed for additional guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), and flat-screen TV; for evenings of reading and movies with friends. There is a dining table for 8 people in the large living room: prepare lunches and dinners in the modern, fully equipped corner kitchen and enjoy it here with family or friends! There is a wonderful 180° view of the lake: enjoy it from the armchair in the living room, positioned in front of the large window, or on the large terrace with glass railing that offers a truly breathtaking panorama, the perfect place for an aperitif or a romantic dinner in summer! There are 3 rooms: two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobe storage and overlooking the lake, and a single room with a desk for study and work and access to a side terrace. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.
