We are Gijs and Karin and together with our children Gijs and Annelie we realized a BenB of 47m2 next to our house in 2021. Our mission is to make guests feel at home, and that's exactly the compliment we regularly receive! The studio is equipped with all comforts and is located in a quiet and spacious neighborhood. The B&B is centrally located near: • The Efteling • The Loonse and Drunense Dunes • The city centers of Waalwijk, Den Bosch and Tilburg • Safari Park De Beekse Bergen The space The 47m2 BenB consists of two rooms and has its own entrance. In the first room, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with tea kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dining table, fridge, TV and spacious sofa bed (for possibly 2 extra guests). In the second part is the bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with electrically adjustable slatted base, a semi-detached bathtub, walk-in shower, sink and closet. Between the two rooms is the toilet. The BenB is equipped with air conditioning. The BenB has a terrace at the front and back, so a place in the sun or shade is always available. Parking is available on your own property. Guest access The entire 47m2 is accessible to guests only. This also does not need to be shared with other guests. The terrace at the rear is in our backyard. Other things to note Price includes breakfast and tourist tax.
