On The Beach at Surfers Corner

My apartment is only a few steps from the beach. Sunny, bright, private & spacious.. perfect for a holiday, mini getaway or surf trip. Located on the popular Muizenberg beachfront in an art deco style building, surrounded by the ocean, restaurants, surf stores, surf rental stores, coffee shops and beautiful walks and hikes. The location does not get better :) The building is not allowing guests to have visitors during their stay. There is UPS for WiFi during your stay if there are blackouts. The space The building was once an old cinema, giving it an interesting look and feel. My apartment is spacious and bright in a secure complex and it has 24 hour security and underground secure parking. Right on the beachfront, there is loads to do and see. For quiet nights in, Netflix, Apple TV and a music speaker are available. It is a 61sqm single apartment. Guest access Guests are able to use my apartment as if it were their own, the building has a beautiful viewspot overlooking the beach on the top balcony, which is a great space to get some sun and have your morning coffee. Other things to note Currently South Africa is experiencing electrical blackouts that last in an area for 2 to 2 and a half hours. I have UPS for WiFi & devices and a big chargable light in the apartment which can be used and the light can also be used to charge devices. Please note if there is a request for an early or late checkout there is a R300 cash fee if it is accepted.
