More Notes on Costs & Fees: The rental prices are for 4 people, one additional person pays an extra per night. Children until 3 years old do not pay an extra bed price. Electricity/water/heating is included. Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and food can be ordered for a fee on request. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital maid guest card. If a health certificate or the like is required after the booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and at the request of the authorities. One parking space is available for free. More parking is available at the entrance of the lake park. Nordwind is a detached cottage on a spacious property of 305 m² that invites you to play and relax. The terrace is south-facing and offers you a beautiful view of the park with lake. Enjoy the evening sun in the beach chair with a delicious glass of wine or a cup of tea. On 86 m² of living space you will spend a stress-free holiday – wellness facilities, underfloor heating & blackout pleats included on all windows! On the ground floor of the holiday home Nordwind, there is a spacious living and dining room with modern equipped, open kitchen. A fireplace spoils you when it gets dark and a little cooler outside. Relax in the sauna and relax in the hot tub. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, a box spring bed to the latest standard as well as a double bed with slatted base and spring mattress open up a restful sleeping comfort. A separate toilet is right next door. Use the gallery with a view of the living room to dream or browse in an exciting read. A sofa bed offers other people a cozy place to stay. Ideal conditions for longer stays: Our holiday home Nordwind offers all the comforts with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, garden furniture and much more. For our small guests, there is a high chair and a well-stocked toy box ready. A baby cot can be added to the on-site property manager. After a bike ride, you can park your bikes safely and dry in a spacious and lockable shed. Sufficient outlets are available for charging the batteries.
