Enjoy the time in our tastefully furnished feel-good oasis close to the center of the water town of Nordhorn. Further information on costs & fees: The rental prices are for 4 people. An additional person pays a surcharge per night. Children up to 3 years old do not pay an extra bed price. €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed linens, towels, firewood, bicycles and groceries can be ordered for a fee. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners from the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking is available free of charge. Further parking is available at the entrance of the lake park. Nordwind is a detached vacation home on a spacious 305 m² property that invites you to play and relax. The terrace is south facing and offers you a beautiful view of the park with lake. Enjoy the evening sun in the beach chair with a delightful glass of wine or a cup of tea. Spend a stress-free vacation on 86 m² of living space – wellness facilities, underfloor heating & blackout pleated blinds on all windows included! On the first floor of the Nordwind vacation home, there is a spacious living and dining room with a modern, equipped, open kitchen. A fireplace will pamper you when it gets dark and a little cooler outside. Let your soul unwind in the sauna and relax in the hot tub. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, a box spring bed according to the latest standard as well as a double bed with slatted base and spring core mattress open up a relaxing sleeping comfort. A separate toilet is right next door. Use the gallery overlooking the living room to dream or browse through an exciting read. A sofa bed offers other people a cozy place to stay. Ideal conditions for longer stays: Our vacation home Nordwind offers all comforts with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, garden furniture and much more. For our little guests, a highchair and a well-stocked toy box are available. A baby crib can be booked with the property manager on site. After a bike ride, you can park your bikes safely and dryly in a spacious and lockable shed. Sufficient sockets are available for charging the batteries.
