Large play area on the top floor for young and old with a French billiard table. Hiking, golf courses, castles, tourist attractions, many and Normandy beaches within an hour's drive. The space The manor is spread across 3 floors of 120 m2 each. The ground floor has a living room, large kitchen, shower room, laundry room and bedroom. On the 1st floor, there are 4 large bedrooms (160 cm beds) and two bathrooms. The 2nd floor houses all the leisure facilities of the accommodation (synthesizer piano, French billiards, astronomical telescope, board games), as well as a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. The 7-hectare garden offers many possibilities (ping pong table, bicycles, badminton game, croquet, frisbee, football, etc.) Guest access Extra linens and towels, you will be contacted to find out if you want to choose this option. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is until 12 p.m. Possibility of early arrivals or late departures, on request, subject to availability, for €15. Access to the accommodation is via a key box allowing for self check-in (access information will be sent to you the day before your arrival). Other things to note The manor is located 4 km from Bernay, a small town of about 10,000 inhabitants, which offers all amenities: tourist office, SNCF train station, supermarkets, shops, hospital, medical offices, municipal swimming pool, municipal library, cinema, racecourse, etc. A large market is held there on Saturday mornings. The house has 6 bedrooms. A crib and additional mattresses (especially suitable for children) are also available in the house. Two side tables are available to increase the number of table settings if needed.
