Sitting on beautiful Lake Summit, this cabin has a fantastic new boathouse in a quiet cove. It was a project when I bought it, and while I have made massive improvements, this is not the Ritz Carlton. However, if you want to spend time in an idyllic place enjoying the magic that is summertime in the North Carolina mountains, welcome! Enjoy two decks and two screen porches (house and boathouse), as well as a gravel lakeside patio. Best of all, cool off in a refreshing mountain lake!
