The vacation home (semi-detached house) has about 60 sqm of living space and offers enough space for up to 4 people and toddler (crib and highchair are available). The house is The space Contemporary, new and modern furnishings. The open living-dining area on the ground floor has a fully equipped bright kitchen incl. a dining set, a modern living room couch, table and flat-screen TV. From here you have direct access to your terrace and garden. On the ground floor there is also the first bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The two bedrooms with French bed and two single beds are on the upper floor of the vacation home. Another bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the upper floor. Linens and towels are included. Dogs are allowed and cost a one-time fee of 100 euros. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a direct location to the swimming lake. The semi-detached house is in the immediate vicinity of the Tannenhausen swimming lake. The swimming lake offers various possibilities for both those seeking relaxation and action-loving guests. For example, pedal boats can be rented, beach chairs can be rented. There is a modern water ski facility and an aqua park on the water. A small cafe at the entrance or a modern beach bar provide for your physical well-being. Twice a week there is live music in the evening, where you can end the day relaxing with a cool cocktail or beer.
