The vacation home (semi-detached house) has about 60 sqm of living space and offers enough space for up to 4 people and toddler (crib and highchair are available). The house is The space Contemporary, new and modernly furnished. The open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor has a fully equipped, bright kitchen including a dining set, a modern living room couch, table and flat-screen TV. From here you have direct access to your terrace and the garden. On the ground floor, there is also the first bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The two bedrooms with a French bed and two single beds are on the upper floor of the holiday home. Another bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the upper floor. Linens and towels are included. Dogs are allowed and cost 100 euros once. A photovoltaic system was installed on the roof in spring 2026, and a wallbox is installed on the house. Please feel free to contact us about charging your electric car. Enjoy a relaxing stay right by the swimming lake. The semi-detached house is in the immediate vicinity of the Tannenhausen swimming lake. The swimming lake offers various possibilities for both guests seeking relaxation and those who are action enthusiasts. For example, pedal boats and beach chairs can be rented. There is a modern waterskiing facility and an aqua park on the water. A small café at the entrance or a modern beach bar take care of your physical well-being. Twice a week there is live music in the evening, where you can relax and wind down your vacation day with a cool cocktail or beer...
