The Residence La Pace consists of 7 finely furnished flats. The Residence is located in a very quiet and peaceful area about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Grosseto, the sea can be reached either by car or by bicycle path or public transport. The flats have all the comforts, including air conditioning, heating, wi-fi and an outdoor dining area. On-site parking is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. The space Our 65 m² two-level apartments with garden views are located on the ground floor and feature a bright living area with sofa, dining area with table, chairs and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, all equipped with air conditioning, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The flats have a private outdoor patio with garden view, equipped with table and chairs. The two-room apartments are equipped with: independent entrance, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, oven, induction hob, electric kettle, coffee maker (moka), wardrobe, chest of drawers, mosquito net, blackout curtains, clothes horse, cleaning products, private parking and tiled floors. Brand new: from May 2025, we will have our own brand new swimming pool measuring 16.5 × 8.5 metres with a gazebo and bar at your disposal. Maximum occupancy 4 people. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to their flat. Outdoor areas outside the flat may be shared with other guests.
