Whether you are spending your days at the theme parks or soaking up some sun poolside, this property offers a resort ambiance with all the comforts of home. We have a pack 'n play with mattress and fitted sheet, highchair, stroller, baby/kid plates and utensils, baby door knob covers, outlet protectors and cabinet lock. The pack 'n play, highchair & stroller are available upon request. Please message us ahead of time so we can have that ready for you. *Waterslides have a height requirement of 48 inches/1.219 meters or taller. ABOUT THE HOUSE ____________________________________ This house is just a few steps from the clubhouse and the pool. Just a 8 minute walk from your front door! The open floorplan and bright atmosphere bring the relaxing vibe you need on vacation! The house is equipped with everything you will need while on vacation: fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area, bedrooms with Roku TVs and your own private screened in lanai with hot tub, lounge chairs and table/chairs. For your convenience, there is a sound machine and portable fan in each bedroom, and a phone/tablet/AirPods charging dock in the dining area. You will find: - Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dining utensils. - -Nespresso machine, drip coffee pot, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, blender, pots, pans, toaster, etc. - Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi - - Washer and dryer - Iron and ironing board, laundry basket - - Linens, bath, and pool towels -Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower *Laundry pods and dishwasher pods are provided. 1 roll of paper towel and 6 total toilet paper rolls are supplied for your stay. You will always have access to complimentary WiFi. In our place, you can connect to our private network and at the resort facilities, you have the resort network available. Access to resort facilities such as pool, water slides and gym are also included in the fee - no additional charges! _____________________________________ ACCOMMODATIONS ____________________________________ Check it out! The main floor offers a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Living room with smart TV including cable, and a sleeper sofa. Upstairs: The master bedroom presents a King bed with its own full en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the pond. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, one with a Queen bed and the other with a bunk bed set up (one Twin and one Full bed). The full bed is conveniently positioned on the bottom where two people have their own side of the bed to exit. These two bedrooms share one full bathroom that is in the common hallway. ____________________________________ ABOUT THE RESORT ____________________________________ This luxury townhouse is located in the resort Regal Oaks at Old Town Kissimmee. The property is only a short walk from Old Town with its many attractions including bars, restaurants, shops, and fairground. Swimming Pool Relax and soak up the Florida sun on one of the many poolside loungers dotted among Florida palms, then take a dip in the inviting water to cool off, even though it's heated! Pools are open every day from dawn until dusk. Water Slides The main feature of Regal Oaks outdoor oasis for many, is the dueling water slides. Take in the views from atop the landing deck or race your friends down the rushing slides. Slides are open year round (weather permitting) and all riders must be 48in or taller. The Resort has 24 hours manned gated security. Clubhouse restaurant, hours vary. The Cabana pool bar & grill, hours vary. ____________________________ SPECIAL NOTE Our enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols require that particular attention is paid to high-touch points including door handles, light switches, entry lock, stairwell handrails, thermostat controls, TV remotes, water faucet handles, hot tub handrail, trash receptacles, and many others. Linens, towels and laundry are washed in accordance with CDC guidelines, including washing items as appropriate in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If you have allergies or are sensitive to strong cleaning products or scents, please inform us before your arrival to find suitable alternatives for you. Guest access You will have the entire house! Parking is free. Park anywhere in front or near the home. Other things to note Please note: *Laundry pods, dishwasher pods and garbage bags are provided. 1 roll of paper towel and 6 total toilet paper rolls are supplied for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash located in the showers for your convenience. *Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Pull out sleeper sofa is located on the 1st floor. *Waterslides - 48 inch height requirement *Thermostat A/C - lowest setting is 68 *Key card access is required to use pool and gym/exercise area. Please proceed to the front desk at the Clubhouse to obtain key card. A $10 refundable deposit is required and will be returned upon turning in access card.
