Lovely Appartment ‘Solana’ with garden, nice pool

During your stay in this spacious, soothing place to stay, you'll forget all your concerns. A unique place in the Costa Blanca, this rustic apartment in our finca. Fully equipped. A cozy outdoor seating, with views to the sea, for the sultry evenings under the Spanish sun! A refreshing dip in the shared large swimming pool is a pleasure, with sun loungers to relax. The beach is 10 minutes by car, cozy villages such as Benissa, Calpe or Altea to visit nearby. The space The apartment has a private entrance and a small terrace with a bistro set to have a drink and eat. The terrace overlooks the spacious garden of 3500m2 and has sea views! Inside the open kitchen, a bar with stools for the cozy lunch or dinner, or just to have a drink. There is a cozy seating area with a TV. The windows are equipped with screens. The kitchen is complete and equipped with gas stove, filter coffee maker and fridge with freezer. The space next to the kitchen is for the full bathroom. This has a washbasin, toilet and a nice bath with shower and is equipped with shower gel and shampoo. Sew the bathroom the bedroom with a double bed, made with duvet. There are fitted wardrobes in the bedroom All towel are provided for both bathroom, kitchen and swimming pool. There is a lockable garage for any bikes. Guest access The small terrace with the bistro set overlooking the spacious garden and the communal large swimming pool with sunbeds. After consultation the garage for any bicycles. Other things to note The apartment is part of our Finca. But nice and sheltered, so private. There are 2 more apartments that we rent out, so there can be other guests by the pool. There is an air conditioner and (in consultation) also a radiant heater if necessary. Maybe for the cooler (often in winter) moments. The beds are made, bath-swimming-kitchen towels are provided and also for the kitchen there are the basic necessities. *The climbing gear, the survival track, is at your own risk.
