The space The Villa consists of two independent apartments and communicating with each other externally. On the mezzanine floor, you will find the living area, air-conditioned, with equipped kitchen with all necessary comforts + sofa bed and a double bedroom with bunk bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. Full bathroom with shower and washing machine . On the lower ground floor (no air conditioning but naturally cool and with fans in every room), there is a spacious living area that can accommodate all guests together, along with a fully equipped kitchenette. The three bedrooms (two double and one full with single beds) offer ideal accommodations for up to 6 people. In total, with a single bed in the living area, it can accommodate up to 7 people in a practical and comfortable way. The bathroom complete with shower and washing machine guarantees maximum comfort. With a total capacity of up to 12 beds, the Villa is perfect for large groups, families or groups of friends, anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation together in a well-organized space. Guest access The villa consists of two independent apartments communicating with each other outside. Each apartment has its own independent outdoor space. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - We ask you to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night. - Smoking is only allowed in the garden - Final cleaning €100 - At the end of the stay, the bathrooms and kitchen must be tidied up and the waste removed, otherwise €100 will be withheld from the deposit (daily separate collection is required) - The use of the air conditioner will be calculated by reading the meter (6 kw per day included in the price, subsequent charged at 0.35) - Bed linen and towels available on request at €20.00 per person per week FOR LOCAL REGULATIONS, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PASSPORT OR OTHER IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT.
