Cooking and BBQ activities are allowed in the villa - The restaurant is available in the resort -Accommodation 9 adults + 4 children under 12y.o. Surcharge for extra people will be applied: 1mil vnd/extra adult without extra bed and 500,000vnd/child under 12 Y.O The space The resort facilities include an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court, and a children's playground. Housekeeping and full room service menus are available to guests in the privacy of their own homes, but will be charged. You can bring your own food with spices into the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a BBQ grill available in the villa,.... so you can cook and do BBQ in the villa. A private place for family & friends, an ideal place for party & relaxing after tired working days. ------------ This is a luxury villa with 4 double beds, very new, facing the river at Sanctuary Ho Tram Beach Resort. The villa has 350 m2 of living area and 400m2 of residential land; located in Ho Tram, Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau; about 2 and a half hours from the city / airport. - The villa has 𝟒 bedrooms with Queen beds, each with 1.8 m x 2 m of space, fully furnished + 𝟏 sofa bed with a mattress for 1 person - The living room is luxurious, modern and has a private pool. - The restaurant is available in the resort and you can order food there or have breakfast, lunch, dinner at the resort's restaurant. - Accommodation for 9 adults + 4 children under 12 years old. Additional person surcharge will be applied. Extra charge of 1 million VND/adult without extra bed (maximum 2 adults) and 500,000 VND/child under 12 years old (maximum 2 extra children, using available beds with parents) -You will have a private and comfortable space here. Guests can use the entertainment facilities in the area, which are only about 10 minutes from the project, such as the international golf course, casino, Safari, Binh Chau hot springs, etc. *** Facilities in the villa: - Separate saltwater pool at the villa - Safe private beach, comfortable swimming -The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils (cups, plates, glasses, chopsticks, spoons, forks, pots, pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven, etc., You are allowed to cook and make BBQ in the villa (please bring the necessary spices, the villa does not have cooking spices) - Charcoal BBQ grill available (charcoal available) - Food delivery service to the villa is available - Market, laundry, food processing, cooking, dishwashing, cleaning, BBQ, BBQ service at the villa - Free tennis court, gym & kayaking in the resort - Free outdoor playground for children in the resort *** The villa is located in a very convenient location: - 200m from the seafood market and dining area - 200m to Ho Tram Walking Street - 15km from Tropicana Water Park (15 minutes drive) - Only 1km from THE BLUFFS GOLF course, The Grand Ho Tram casino (less than 5 minutes drive) - 4km from HAMPTONS HO TRAM sea view bridge Guest access Guest can use the whole villa, the beach and surrounding area of the resort such as for walking. Other things to note -Security Deposit: 2,000,000 vnd upon check in . You may be charged for the damages. -Daily cleaning service is included for booking from/above 2 nights ( not included washing dishes, cooking, shopping, laundry services. The surcharge will be applied for these extra services). -Breakfast is not included . If you'd like to have breakfast you can order from the Sanctuary' s restaurant with a lart carte menu or you can prepare the food in villa by yourself. -Accommodation for this villa is 09 adults with 04 children from 0 to 11 years old -A maximum of 02 extra adults and 02 extra children can be accommodated in villa with an extra charge of VND 1,000,000 per adult and VND 500,000 per child without breakfast and extra beds - Party more than the number of guests confirmed in the villa is not allowed. - Noise is not allowed from/after 22:00pm - Karaoke/ loud music should be inside the villa with the door closed and should be off before 22:00 pm. (OUTSIDE THE VILLA is not allowed) - Cooking and BBQ are allowed in the villa - Kayak is available in the resort for free - Tennis court is available for free - Pets are allowed in the villa, but please keep the villa clean from them and make sure no damages may caused by pets. If not it may be charged for the damages. - "Please treat our villa like your own" ***Transportation will be provided upon your request to pick you up from the airport or return with car 7 or 16 seats with reasonable cost.
