The Boho House

Casa Boho is a beautiful, spacious and bright attic located at the foot of the Serra Morenica of Ivrea, with stunning views of the Colma di Mombarone. Located just 5 km from the center of Ivrea, convenient with public transport. Upon entering, it offers a large common living space, ideal for spending time with friends between the sofa, music and smart-tv. The room is very large (25 sqm) very bright and also suitable for business needs or short stays. There is a canopy available for a car or other vehicle. The space The attic is located on the fourth floor of a building with a courtyard for the exclusive use of the tenants, fenced and with some games for children. The canopy is spacious and comfortably accommodates a car, even a station wagon. The area is very quiet and safe, the road in fact is not busy being secondary and for residential needs. The house has been furnished and designed for the needs of a small family and therefore equipped with all the necessary amenities even for stays longer than a simple vacation. The kitchen and living room become the predominant space of the structure, offering glimpses of the mountains thanks to the roof window. The choice of the floor, in porcelain stoneware, was difficult but it paid off the gamble, it seems to immerse itself in a small mountain lake. The room, on the other hand, has been designed to be as autonomous as possible, equipped with 4 windows, it is perfect for working, daily exercise, or daytime activities such as reading a good book, drinking coffee, and swinging on the hammock. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are equipped with all the most common appliances and amenities. What is present is available, as long as it is treated with due caution, as it is the house in which I reside and live. The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of the building, there is no elevator. Not suitable for disabled people and people with mobility difficulties. Other things to note The parking lot is located in front of the entrance gate and easily accommodates 3/4 cars. As it is for residential use, it is advisable to park leaving room for other vehicles as well.
