Nestling in 3 hectares of private parkland, this magnificent, completely renovated property, comprising 7 self-catering gîtes, is the ideal place for a break in the heart of nature, far from the stresses of everyday life. This 46 m2 gîte has been completely renovated, opening onto a living area with a new, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave....), a lounge/living area with flat-screen TV, a separate toilet, a bedroom with 160 x 190 latex bedding (equipped with pillows, 220x240 duvet) communicating with a spacious shower room with walk-in shower (1.70 m x 1 m), (hairdryer), washbasin, washing machine and hanging toilet. A hoover and all cleaning equipment are available in the gîte. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with direct access to the park and swimming pool, equipped with garden furniture and parasol.... In the grounds, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool area (heated and secured by an alarm) measuring 10x5 over 145 m2, and a 145 m2 relaxation area with deckchairs for relaxing. There's also a petanque pitch and a barbecue area under the trees if you want to escape the Jura sunshine. Walks depart directly from the park, including the Chatelaine lookout, the magnificent Tufs waterfalls along the old Roman road, or the Moidons forest......
