Its location allows easy access to Knossos, the center of Heraklion and the airport, while offering peacefulness and privacy. This is an authentic stone house with a special architectural design that has been featured in architectural magazines. The interior exudes discreet luxury and warmth, creating an experience boutique hospitality. The bedroom has a high quality double bed for comfortable sleep, storage space, iron and ironing board, as well as private balcony with coffee table and chairs for relaxing moments with coffee or wine. The seating area includes a comfortable sofa and TV, in a atmosphere perfect for rest after a day of exploring the Crete. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hot plates, fridge with freezer, coffee machine with capsules, toaster, kettle and all the essential kitchenware, allowing for a comfortable self-catering stay. The contemporary private bathroom has a shower and free supplies personal toiletries. Outdoors guests have access to a shared courtyard and shared pool with a depth of 1.40 m, with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. The use of the pool by children requires parent supervision. Stop in front of the home is only allowed for loading and unloading luggage at check in and check out. Instructions are provided for free parking on nearby shared street. According to Greek law there is an environmental tax of €8 per day, which is paid separately. Guest access Guests can access the accommodation on foot and by car in a special area in front of the accommodation, which is offered for a while upon arrival and departure for loading/unloading luggage and equipment, then you can park near a public road in the area. Directions for parking in the area will be given if you need them from us. Other things to note The pool is shared (3 swimsuits). It does not have a lifeguard. It has a height of 1.40 and requires supervision of children. Use is permitted from 09.30-19.00 and respect for the other tenants is required. Parties are prohibited - A pool manager may visit for cleaning during non-pool hours. Quiet is also required especially between 14.00-17.30 where there is a law in the country for common quiet hours.
