Alleweltchen apartment with balcony

Our chic apartment Alleweltchen offers about 72 square meters of living space, space for up to 5 people. The vacation apartment Alleweltchen is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house, in the beautiful village of Nottensdorf. The bright apartment consists of 2.5 rooms on 72 square meters of living space. There is a living room with dining area and flat-screen TV. The corner sofa can be pulled out into a sleeping area. A beautiful balcony is available to you with a small seating area The space and connects to the living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need. It is equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower 140 cm. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180 cm and the small room with a single bed 100 x 200 cm. With this bed, it is possible to pull a drawer out of the bed with another sleeping space for a child. The bedroom offers enough space to set up a travel cot or two for toddlers. The bedroom, as well as the small room, are both equipped with a wardrobe and desk. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. Linens and towels are already included in the rental price. Families with children have the opportunity to use the playground equipment in the garden. Otherwise, there is a public playground for younger children right in the neighborhood. Nottensdorf has small shops in the form of farm shops and the nearest supermarket is 1 km away. A nice day with older children can be spent in the amusement park (the park is currently in a redesign phase) in the village. There are many leisure activities (mini golf, lookout tower, trampoline, bouncy castle, playground equipment, skate park, soccer, quad biking as well as a tennis court and a restaurant are also within walking distance in the village. If you arrive by e-car, you have the opportunity to charge your car 50 m from the apartment. Nottensdorf is located between Bremen and Hamburg, on the edge of the Altes Land. The flowering period of the orchards from mid-April to mid-May, through which often beautiful bicycle routes lead, are particularly worth seeing. The Hanseatic city of Stade is 15 km away, the fairy-tale town of Buxtehude 6 km. Both are interesting day trip destinations. Nottensdorf is an ideal starting point for beautiful bike tours and is close to the Via Baltica, the pilgrimage route. Another pilgrimage highlight is the Heidschnuckenweg in the Lüneburg Heath. The heath's flowering period is between August 8th August and September 9. The 1st stage of the pilgrimage route is 15 km away. Nottensdorf is 18 km from Finkenwerder/Airbus-Werke and from there there is also the possibility to cross the Elbe by ferry and explore the beautiful city of Hamburg, if you do not want to go to the city of Hamburg (27 km) by car or train. The beach, which invites you to relax and swim, is 14 km away.
