The flat has been renovated in accordance with building regulations and is furnished with selected design objects and genuine art. There are nice restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Nippes station is within walking distance, 3 stops to the trade fair, 25-minute walk to Cologne Cathedral. The space Welcome to your accommodation in the Zehuus, a historic listed building from 1875. We have renovated with the highest quality craftsmanship and were even awarded the Federal Prize for Craftsmanship in the Preservation of Historical Monuments. A unique and individual atmosphere awaits you in our lovingly furnished and biologically high-quality renovated flat. Here you will also find a workplace for productive work or simply to relax. The ground floor flat has a spacious living room with work area, a kitchen area with dining area and a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large shower as well as a rain shower. A low threshold of only 5 cm allows easy access to the shower. Throughout the flat you will find historic terrazzo or old tiles, which lend a special charm. The furniture has been lovingly selected and partly reworked. The bed is extra long (2.20 m) and wide (1.80 m) and equipped with a high-quality biolatex mattress. Wall heaters ensure a pleasant room climate. The kitchen is fully equipped and WLAN with speeds of 50-300 Mbit/s is available. A large 50-inch TV awaits you to relax in the evening. To protect your privacy, all windows in the Zehuus are equipped with a high-quality privacy film. So you can feel undisturbed and safe in your accommodation. There is a pharmacy diagonally opposite and a kiosk, a bakery and a REWE supermarket 5 minutes away. We would also like to point out that the city of Cologne levies a cultural tax of 5% of the total overnight price from all overnight guests. This tax supports cultural projects and events in our beautiful city and must be paid directly to us as your host on your departure. Guest access If you want to do your laundry, we are at your disposal. You can simply approach us and we will provide you with a key for the laundry room.
