Arbora Olea is a beautiful complex of three individual luxury villas, surrounded by olive groves. In an area far away from the sounds of a bustling city, where the gaze wanders to the horizon, one encounters only tranquility and the sound of chirping birds, the essential ingredients of peace and relaxation. The space Koroneiki Villa The villas were inspired by the surroundings, giving the name of different types of olive trees - Koroneiki, Tsounati and Agrielia. The idea behind the fitting of the premises is the capacity to accommodate large families or group of friends - up to 10 people, while simultaneously offering privacy; for this purpose, Koroneiki Villa, being the first villa closer to the street, has its own private entrance and it has enough distance from the other two villas, offering to its guests relaxed and carefree vacation. The villa has, a free of charge, private parking lot (up to three cars) The exterior space of the villa, the perfect ambiance for get-together moments, has a large dining table and a BBQ available for your meals, a large private heated pool and jacuzzi - the heating option up to 27C is upon request with supplement charge of 85 Euro per day (minimum charge of 3 days), umbrellas and sunbeds to relax. The interior of the villas is separated into three levels. On the ground floor, a spacious living room to accommodate your sharing moments with an open plan kitchen, a guest WC and one master bedroom (friendly for people with mobility problems). On the upper floor, there is a cozy and romantic attic bedroom with a luxurious free-standing bathtub. On the lower level there are two master bedrooms. In the largest of these two bedrooms, a sofa bed is available to accommodate the youngest travelers of your group. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Additionally on the lowest level, you may find the laundry room – fully equipped with a washing machine and a tumble drier. Stepping out of the lower level, you will be amazed by the view to the endless olive groves, while enjoying your time in the swimming pool. Guest access All spaces of Koroneiki Villa are available for its guests. The only restricted area is to the pool machinery room for safety reasons. Other things to note -Breakfast is provided upon request with supplement charge. -The main pool & jacuzzi can be heated up to 27C upon request, with supplement charge of 85 Euro per day (minimum charge of 3 days) and the amount will be paid upon check-out. -The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the entire garden. The access is only restricted to the pool machinery room for safety reasons. -The property also offers a large private parking spot for guests, with a capacity up to three cars.
