The space Le Mas Contemporain is located in the center of the village of Dun-le-Palestel in the heart of the Creuse. Small village with all necessary amenities. On the ground floor, you'll discover: - A very large living room with a nice height under the ceiling, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker + filter coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen equipment. - A bedroom with a double bed 160x200 with its en suite shower room. - A gym room with a few appliances and exercise bikes and games room with a foosball table. Large walk-in shower very convenient because room overlooking the terrace on the spa side. - A separate toilet - Washer is present in the property All rooms on the ground floor have access to the outside. Upstairs you will discover the sleeping area: - Two Bedrooms with 140x190 double bed - One bedroom with two single beds - A bathroom - A separate toilet - An extra bed is on the mezzanine, a 140x190 sofa bed equipped with a good mattress. All upstairs rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. The garden is very nice with a small petanque court, a spa, and on sunny days the garden furniture is set up. Guests will be able to park a vehicle in front of the gate, and free parking in front of the property.
