This location is 20 mins drive to Parramatta, 30 mins drive or by train to Sydney Olympic Park/ Blacktown , 7 mins drive to Little Saigon Cabramatta,5 minutues driving to Stockland Wetherill Park This one has 2 bedrooms is comfortable for 4 people as small family, group, friends, travellers, workers .There are 1carspace at front of house and free off street parking nearby. This whole house has airconditioning at each room Bedroom1: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe There are 1 full bathroom and toilets with standing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge , rice cooker, kettle, toaster, juicer , plates, bowls, cutlery, cups and glasses. The lounge room is sharing with kitchen including TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. These are washing with free of charge at laundry room, iron and iron board. The front gate is lockable and you can park maximum 1 car at front property. Lines, towels and beds are only provided enough for number of guests booking. This is not party house. No noise after 9pm Check in from 3pm, early check in $50 if available. Check out latest 9am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as our house keeper is schedule on time 9am on check out date. WE DON’T ACCEPT below: **** ANY EVENTS ( Birthday , wedding, function…) for short time or long hours,day or night, weekday or weekend , public holiday . The guests will have to PAY EXTRA $3000 on top of booking as fines to break the house rules. 1. More people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for number of guests come in the house, not number of guests sleep over. 2. Night time stay inside the house with doors and windows close and reduce noise level to neighbours. Strictly from 9pm: No loud music/ noise/ argument of fighting at front of house and in front of street all which affect neighbours. Don’t book this house if you plan for any small or big event at the property. We ask you to leave with no refund. 3. Guests are required to pay the house DAMAGES if any. Few things to note: * No pet * Indoor shoes only inside the house, no high heels as the timber floor get scratch easily * Avoid eating in bed * All appliances, air-conditioner to turn off when no one at home, PLEASE. * Guests don’t have access to garage * All guests must follow the check out request as instruction will be sent out from host: general tidy up, wash all dishes, all rubish to large bins outside before check out.
