Downtown Ballard townhome-No cleaning fee-Peloton

Note: We're available for the World Cup, but require 3 nights minimum. Welcome and thanks for stopping by. This is our home, so it's not going to be perfect. But it will for sure be home-y. We are just blocks away from the Ballard library, James Beard restaurants, cafes, buses to downtown, breweries, boutique shopping, and parks galore. There are 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office, w/d, and a gym in the garage with a Peloton bike. Relax, put your shoes by the door, and enjoy! The space Our townhouse has it all. A workout area (yoga mats, hand weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, pull-up bar, and a Peloton bike), 1 bike to borrow (12yo-sized), fully stocked kitchen, an office, master bedroom with queen bed, leather couch, and a kid's room with a queen bed. Ideal for 2 adults and 1 well-behaved kid. We're just 4 blocks away from downtown Ballard, a stroll from the famous Locks, a short scooter ride to Golden Gardens beach, and a few blocks from buses that'll take you directly to Pike Place Market. You'll enjoy our home as much as we do. Note 1: Our townhouse has 2 flights of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. The bedrooms are on the top floor, with full bathrooms in each room. Note 2: I believe I noted in most of the photos if something has changed, but just know that this is our home and so things are periodically coming in and out. The rug might be different, that sort of thing. Minor stuff that won't ruin your stay. All the major things are as described. Feel free to ask me for any particulars. Note 3: There is no separate cleaning fee, but rest assured the place will be professionally cleaned. We simply bake in the cleaning cost into your nightly stay, just like a hotel. Guest access Feel free to use our spices, enjoy any foods left in the cupboards or fridge, and of course, please borrow our kitchen supplies if you need them to cook (note: freezer foods are off limits). No hot pots or pans on the countertops (it'll ruin the quartz). During your stay, you may also enjoy our guitar, the kid's bike, the toys, our Xbox and PlayStation, and whatever is growing in our parking strip garden. All we ask is that you leave the place as it was left for you. Note: I prefer to only have 3 guests at a time, but can do 4 guests if you're all responsible, clean adults. This is a no party house and so, our home won't work for you if you're hoping to host a holiday family reunion. Other things to note Some folks have been a bit scared to park their SUV in our free space behind our home. It's actually very doable (our neighbors have had big, huge trucks) but I get it--it can be tight and reversing takes some practice. If you're looking to rent a car, I highly suggest a smaller coupe/sedan. Anything SUV-sized or bigger seems to give Airbnb guests some pause. Our Prius hybrid fits without issue. Worst comes to worst you will have to look for free street parking about 1-3 blocks away (anything from 59-61st along 17th or 20th is your best bet). Registration Details STR-OPLI-19-000550
