Holiday home near sea beach & pine forest

The house is located in Vecsaki, a cozy resort area of Riga, just a 5-minute walk from a wide sandy beach on the shore of the Gulf of Riga. Here you will find a pine forest, sand dunes, a picturesque dam with a lighthouse, and beautiful walking routes along the sea and the Daugava River. Despite its proximity to nature, the centre of Riga can be reached quickly and conveniently by public transport. The space The 50 m² vacation home with a 35 m² terrace is equipped with all the necessary household appliances: a stove, oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, air conditioning, and washing machine. It has two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed. In the second room, one double bed or two single beds can be prepared upon request. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. For families with small children, a crib and a high chair are provided free of charge. Guest access Guests have access to a furnished terrace, parking, and a cozy courtyard with hammocks and a trampoline. Other things to note If you are planning a holiday in May, September, or October, when evenings in Latvia can be cool, you have an air conditioner with a heating function and electric heaters at your disposal. To create a special atmosphere, you can also light the stove with fuel briquettes and enjoy the warmth of a live fire. A small supply of fuel briquettes is provided for the first use.
