Independent Tiny House Studio

I would like to introduce you to my Tiny house with all the comforts, in a cocooning atmosphere between city and countryside. A functional kitchen and a spacious bathroom are essential for a good stay and to relax or to get back on the road The private terrace facing S-W and adjoining the studio is sunny from the end of the morning. Tables, chairs and deckchairs are available, allowing you to disconnect and enjoy the sunset Other things to note Tiny House House Rules Check-in times: From 6pm until 8pm, beyond which an additional 20 euros will be requested. Checkout time: Before 8:00 a.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays Quiet hours and respect for the neighborhood Please limit noise at night (between 10pm and 8am) so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Parties and events within the rental Parties, events and guests are not allowed in our furnished tourist accommodation. Commercial filming and other professional uses are strictly prohibited on the property. Tobacco vaping: The accommodation is a non-smoking space. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside the accommodation, immediate exclusion from the premises will be carried out for any breach of non-compliance with this rule and a surcharge will be charged to the customer to remove tobacco odors of 150 euros. Keys: Lock the doors if you are away and keep the keys with you. A fee of €200 will be applied in case of loss of keys and remote control of the gate. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Furniture: Furniture, table and chairs should not be taken outside. No drinking alcohol or eating in bed. Use of the kitchen: The kitchen should be used for light cooking. Please do not prepare odorous dishes (no frying, no long cooking, use the cover for the microwave) Free internet connection: Please follow the laws regarding downloading and viewing websites. Energy management eco-citizen actions: • Don't forget to turn off the lights, TV when leaving the house and the towel dryer after showering. • Turn off the heater if you leave the windows open. Pool › Access to the pool is possible if it is available, if the season and weather permit. If applicable, the pool is open from 6pm daily and shared with the owners or other guest room tenants. Opening hours may vary based on the authorization given by the owners. Tenants can privatize access to the pool for a minimum of 2 hours for an additional fee. As owners, we cannot be held responsible for any accident that occurs while using the pool. In accordance with French regulations, access to the pool is secure (anti-drowning cover). Swimming is not supervised, it is the responsibility of tenants to ensure their own safety. For health, hygiene and safety reasons: only swim shorts or boxers, swim trunks or swim briefs are allowed for men, only 1 or 2 piece swimsuits are allowed for women. When you're checking out: • wash and store dishes in cabinets - Please leave the Tiny in the condition you found it in! An additional cleaning fee may be applied if the owner deems that the general condition of the accommodation requires it. Inventory: • we carry out a check of the premises before departure, • please report any malfunction or breakage during the stay.
