There are 3 couches, 2 of which are futons and can be converted into beds. First floor also features a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. 2nd floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. First bedroom holds 4 twin beds. Second bedroom has a Queens size bed. Plenty of closet space to hold your belongings. Guests can access entire property. The grounds are exclusive to you and your guests. The home, pool, tennis court, basketball court, trampoline, fire pit, and tree swings are all private property owned by the Airbnb host. The retreat is a 30 minute scenic drive to Minnewaska State Park Preserve. Minnewaska State Park Preserve is situated on the dramatic Shawangunk Mountain ridge, which rises more than 2,000 feet above sea level and is surrounded by rugged, rocky terrain. The park features numerous waterfalls, three crystalline sky lakes, dense hardwood forests, incising sheer cliffs and ledges opening to beautiful views, clear streams cut into valleys, 35 miles of carriage roads and 50 miles of footpaths on which to bike, walk, hike and simply enjoy. Visitors can also enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, picnicking, scuba-diving, rock-climbing, bouldering, boating and marveling at the scenery.
