The space Welcome to the “Beauty and the Beach” at Birch Bay, WA This is a three bedroom 2 bath home located directly across from the beach. When you enter the property you will enter into what is known as a great room. A nice open area with the living room which includes a large. Please note that there is no cable tv but you do have WI-FI and have many channels via the internet/Roku and there is a DVD player with movies or you can bring your own. You will also find a nice dinning area to host your family and friends. The kitchen is also in the great room and is well stocked to prepare a light snack or larger meal. Large fridge, oven, stove and microwave along with a dishwasher. Next you will find one of the bedrooms which has a Queen size bed. The main bathroom and the laundry room with full size washer and dryers are located down the hall along with a second bedroom with another Queen bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in closet along with a private bath to include large garden tub and shower. Enough about this beauty with a spectacular view, lets talk about the Beach! The front has a nice size deck for you to sit out and enjoy the view. There is a basic propane BBQ for your use while at the property Across the street you will find beach access to your own private beach. Please know we can not cut beach grass but there is a path small and it takes you to the beach where you will find an area where you can make a beach fire to roast hot dogs or make Smores. Enjoy clam digging, crabbing, beach combing and much more. Experience some the best sunsets you will ever see, or so we are told. You are located about 15 minutes from the Canadian Border and about 3 hours from Seattle spending on traffic. Ride your bike to the restaurants, waterslides and other activities in the area. Don't have a bike, no worries you can rent one from a local shop. Enjoy home made candy from the C-shop and other events and activities. There is no wifi at this property but you will be so busy you wont need it. If you need garbage pick up while here just call our office and we will be happy to haul it off for you. This is a great property for a family or small group. You will not be disappointed.
