"Clearwater by the Sea" is a beautiful and spacious 2nd floor 1-bedroom apartment located 2 miles from 3 magnificent beaches, hiking trails along the ocean and marsh, and 6.5 miles from Portland Headlight and the Old Port. Quiet neighborhood w/breathtaking views of pond/marsh. Gorgeous sunrises, nearby ocean swims, beach walks, and surfing are yours at "Clearwater by the Sea."(Pond+ backyard is for view only, not guest use. Apt. is over garage, however garage doors not used during your stay.) The space One very large bedroom with a queen bed, tv, desk, bureau, and a AC window unit. Spacious kitchen/living room has well equipped kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cook top, toaster, dining table etc..but does not have an oven. Living area has a leather couch with electronic reclining end chairs and an additional comfortable chair. This room has a window fan. Full bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. Large hallway with a recliner, twin bed , nightstand, shelf, and an AC window unit. Beautiful views from every room, and a gorgeous neighborhood with miles of sidewalks for walking and jogging. Please note: Fenced in backyard and pond are not for Airbnb guest use. The Airbnb has a side yard with picnic table, line to dry beach towels, storage area for beach chairs etc...for guest use. Your 800+ square foot apartment is partially over the garage, however the garage doors are not used at night during your stay. The hosts live in the main house and have two adorable English Cocker Spaniels who love to play in the backyard and say hi. You may occasionally hear some playful barks. We have added a white noise maker in the room for the guests comfort. Guest access Guests will have access to the second floor apartment via an exterior staircase.
