"Clearwater by the Sea" is a beautiful and spacious 2nd floor 1-bedroom apartment located 2 miles from 3 magnificent beaches, great hiking trails along the ocean and marsh, and 6.5 miles from Portland Headlight and the Old Port. This private apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views of the pond and marsh. Gorgeous sunrises and nearby ocean swimming, beach walking, and surfing are yours at "Clearwater by the Sea." (Pond and backyard is for view only, not guest use.) The space One large bedroom with a queen bed, tv, desk, bureau, and a AC window unit. Spacious kitchen/living room has well equipped kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cook top, dining table etc..but does not have an oven. Living area has a leather couch with electronic reclining end chairs and an ottoman that converts into a chair, lounge, or small bed. This room has a window fan. Full bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. Large hallway with recliner, twin bed , nightstand, shelf, and an AC window unit. Beautiful views from every room, and a gorgeous neighborhood with miles of sidewalks for walking and jogging. (Please note: Fenced in yard and pond are not for Airbnb guest use.
