Come and discover a spacious villa, whether for family vacations, romantic getaways or business trips. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, we recommend a maximum of 4 people for more comfort. Enjoy our relaxation facilities such as the pool, hot tub and jacuzzi. Nestled in the heart of Occitan nature, our haven of peace invites you to relax and escape. The space The villa has a very spacious living room, equipped with a connected TV with full subscription package, and the Netflix/Amazon Prime platforms are included under the "Villa Guests" session, a 2-seater sofa bed, a dedicated workspace, several storage spaces with an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, additional pillows and blankets, sheets, hangers, towels etc. and a large outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The 3 bedrooms, each with 2-seater beds with quality bedding, all enjoy a balcony opening onto a view that honors the very famous south of France, and all enjoy ductless air conditioning (cold/hot). The kitchen, accessible from the large living room and overlooking an outdoor children's play area, is well laid out and fully equipped with an American fridge with ice maker, 4-burner stove (induction) with built-in hood, a 1-bowl sink and cooking utensils (cutlery, pans, saucepans, bowls, plates etc). Dishwashing liquid, scouring pads and sponges are also available, as well as cleaning equipment (broom, scrubber, deodorant etc.). Bathrooms feature a walk-in shower as well as basic amenities (towels, soap, toilet paper, hot water, heating, shampoo and shower gel) with toilets included. In addition, the villa consists of a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and deckchairs, to fully enjoy the southern sun. An outdoor shower is also accessible, near the garden furniture and barbecue. The indoor spa and jacuzzi enjoy a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, essential oils with different lighting, including a kitchen, TV, massage table and a folding roof bed for 3 people, specially designed for this little corner of paradise. Guest access Due to considerable maintenance work, the jacuzzi is available one day per 7 days from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Other things to note We want to offer our customers a peaceful and pleasant stay, which is why we are unable to accommodate groups of young people looking for noisy parties.
